I actually have a Hotmail email address but I forward all messages to my Gmail account because Hotmail’s user interface did not help me one bit to organize myself as a business owner, who happens to have a life outside of business.   On the other hand, Gmail has plenty of helpful features which allowed me to organize my personal life away from my business life.
However, with this announcement, I’m thinking that I’m going to give the new Hotmail a try when it comes out. As a small business owner who partners with his customers, I need to have tools which will help me keep improving my offerings without diminishing the value which my customers see.
